Really bad pedicure. Stopped going to Happy Nails awhile ago because of poor customer service and being rushed through but thought I'd give them another chance. Very disappointing to say the least. Toes were left really dirty and cuticles/skin not cleaned up. Polish (gel) was uneven and soppy. Foot/leg massage was all of 90 seconds with no effort. The technician only did callous smoothing on one foot and I had to remind her to do the other and she was incomplete with it and left one heel torn up. Pics posted are immediately following the service, same day. A $43 pedi should not look or feel like this!

Notice a lot of new faces they all do pedicures different. I also notice they grab tools from drawer hard to tell if they’ve been cleaned or used on others before me. I don’t feel like cleaning around my nails and scrubbing the calluses are as efficient as they use to do. I always get the deluxe so I feel like it just hasn’t been as good as it use to. This last time the lady used the calluse scraper n when done banged it on the floor. Can’t be sanitary

Hi! I asked for a full set of solid blue acrylic nails with an almond shape. Half of them are unevenly shaped. My right thumb nail is lifting 5 hours later. I was left with gel polish on my fingers. I was sent out with crumbs on my fingers and my finger skin glued to the nail tip. Nothing was done to trim hangnails or cuticles. When applying the tips one finger was slanted down about twenty degrees, I asked if she could re apply it flat because I was worried about them lasting at my job. She pulled off the trimmed tip with nail cutters to the point I was instinctively flinching in pain. I was scared to ask for the shape to be evened out because of her reaction to the funky tip. I haven’t gotten fake nails in years. I remembered coming here for prom 5+ years ago. I no longer feel happy. My nails look and feel unhappy. I am not a big complainer especially when it comes to a craft I don’t understand, but this really wrecked my day. It’s a waste of $60 and now I have these stuck to my hands till they fall off (luckily for me) faster than press ons. I’m mad at myself for trusting the salon and for tipping 20%
