Such a great visit!
I live in the area and was fortunate to find Dr. Nguyen was covered by my insurance. I was able to easily schedule online and fill out all my intake paperwork in advance. They provided plenty of appointment reminders via text, so I was reminded in time to make sure my work schedule could accommodate and that I didn’t run late on the day of.
Upon arrival, check in was super easy and the waiting room chairs were incredibly comfy - a shame I only got to sit for a few minutes before my appointment got under way. As a plant lover, I was very impressed that all the office plants were real - that’s a high level of care!
My exams were thorough and it felt like they had really great tools to assess my sight (fun virtual reality headset lol) I was a little nervous because finding a good doctor can be difficult, but Dr. Nguyen was so friendly, gave easy to follow instructions, and was super great at giving me practical information to implement in my life. I sometimes get a little woozy with medical info, so she also let me lay on the floor and grabbed me water when I felt flushed.
After my exam, the lovely Linda helped me understand my insurance coverage, showed me my options for lenses and helped me pick out the cutest frames. I was cared for every step of the way.
I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 years now, and I can safely say this was the best eye exam experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend them more for their kindness, guidance and care. I will be coming back for all my eye care needs!
