Definitely avoid this place if you value products that aren’t well past their expiration date and if you do not appreciate being talked down to and not given a refund for the money you just blew on their nasty/contaminated product
I’ve been coming here For about eight years. I never write reviews, I use this app for recommendations. But I feel strongly impelled to share with you my experience. Yesterday I called them to see if they had a particular disposable vape, which they did. So I went down there, I bought the vape, and about one hour in (roughly 10 puffs later on a vape that is supposed to be 800 puffs) the thing just dies. Mind you, this vape was $17 and it may not seem like much but times are tough right now and some of us can’t afford to just simply throw our money away. I called the store again and though the lady was reluctant, she agreed to do an exchange. So I left the store with a new vape thinking all had been resolved. This morning I woke up, I’ve taken roughly 50 puffs on this thing (again out of 800!!!) and it up and dies again! So I come in again, I explain the situation and express my disappointment, and the man behind the counter and he says “No no no, you got two you’ve had enough”... then he tried to blame the Vape company but I have been buying these for a year at other liquor stores and have NEVER had a problem. Clearly their stock is super old, so I would definitely avoid this place at all costs. Not to mention the horrible customer service I received. As a regular customer who has been coming here for years, it feels like a slap in the face. I love this little town and try to support the local small businesses as best I can, but this establishment is a joke. I’ve also had friends who’ve purchased snacks from here that they later realize are expired. I feel like that’s a pretty big health violation, no? The rudeness was definitely the worst part. I’ve never been treated that way at a store or restaurant in my life. Will be reporting to the health department.
