I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Drysdale Property. From the very beginning, their communication has been nothing short of horrible. They consistently failed to pick up or return phone calls, leaving us in the dark throughout the entire process. We were constantly forced to initiate contact in an attempt to follow up, which is not what you'd expect from a professional property management company.
To make matters worse, we were referred to Drysdale Property by a previous tenant who had spoken highly about one of the rental owners. However, our experience couldn't have been more different. We waited patiently for a month to apply for a rental unit, as we were informed by one of the property managers that there was a delay due to floor renovations. Later, we were told it was also a "paperwork" issue on their end, causing the continued delays in the application process. The dates were never accurate.
After a month, the application was posted and we applied to the rental unit right away. A few days later, I reached out to one of the property managers, asking for an update on our application. She let me know that they were still reviewing applications and that someone on the team would reach out soon with a decision. It's been a week and still no update.
This lack of transparency and professionalism is inexcusable. We wasted valuable time and energy waiting for a response that never came, only to be met with excuses and delays. It's evident that Drysdale Property does not prioritize customer service or honesty.
Based on our experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Drysdale Property to anyone. Their communication is deplorable, their promises are empty, and their overall professionalism is severely lacking. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a more reliable property management company.
We worked with this company for weeks trying to rent a house. It was an incredibly unprofessional experience. We paid the money to apply and still have never been approved or denied. It seems incredibly sketchy. The house has been up for rent for a year. There are zero other apps. I have called (don’t bother with that) emailed and texted. Thankfully Annalisia is as nice and amazing as she is otherwise this company would have nothing going for it. We have been told over and over the homeowner won’t make the decision to rent the house. This is something that should’ve been disclosed to us before spending the money we did to apply. That’s why this house will continue to sit. It’s currently an app money maker. Luckily we found a nicer place, less rent .5/mile away from this one. It was not something we’ve done or dealt with anywhere else.
I want to add, when we were trying to rent this house is disappeared from all the listing engines except their in house one. When I notified them we were signing with someone else it popped back up. No thanks.
