I don't often go to Harbor freight. I went in today and was greeted at the door while shopping I was helped twice by two different employees. They were very helpful making sure I bought what I needed and not other things I didn't. I was pleasantly surprised about the whole experience actually. I will be back

To achieve but they are for really short time use if you want something that's going to last you but you plan on using more than five times I'd suggest buying something anywhere else besides harbor freight if you do get the warranty

Has most everything in tools. In the past, the quality of some tools, especially in the Chicago Electric line, were suspect. Quality of new lines may be better.
