I have been shopping here for several years. It is fairly close to my house, has great hours and I always get positive help when needed. Staff is professional, knowledgeable, and as mentioned helpful. Plus they have a huge inventory at decent prices.

I can always find the tools here that I need. They seem to be good quality tools at a decent price. It'd be nice if they would sell tools like a half inch wrench or a 9/16 socket individually. But I guess that's why they're so cheap because they sell them in sets only.

Always like their prices but used to be junk tools, but anymore they've stepped up their game with a lot of new tools and tool brands. Not just Icon but lots of others as well...
