The current store manager is somewhat really lazy . When there is a big line he will usually be in his office doing nothing if not he will stand there leaning on the products while 1 lane is open with a fresh employee that was just trained , so you know it will be a while if someone is doing a return infront or buying membership. In any other store that manager will actually work and do something to make the customers in line get going because some have to get to work or places. Sometimes When you walk in you have the usual employees standing there along with the manager greeting you like walmart , again there will usually have only one cashier working and it will be the new one . No i am not stealing i am here to buy things thank you for the security muggers.
The products are a hit and miss and that’s something that is known and normal so thats that . The expensive items like welders and grinders some air compressor ect. Are actually pretty decent . Ps. That long haired white boy that acts like he knows more then us hard working contractors and construction workers about products needs to just shut up and process the returned item without any questions except why we are returning it and once we tell him why should keep His 2 sense to himself .. Other then that its hardbros frights
