I have never had a bad customer service experience at this location. If one employee is busy, there is another one lingering around willing to help. They are always willing to put their knowledge to the test, and put customer service first. I often feel like the employees are extended family and friends. It's not a large store, but still offers a large selection, at a fair price.

Was looking for the Haul Master 10cu ft Max Trailer Cart. My local didn’t have it so I called to see if they had it in stock. They did and reserved the last one for me. All the employees were very nice, helpful and welcoming. Don’t see it often these days. I appreciate good customer service! Thank you!

Very nice and clean store. Always seem to have everything in stock. Employees are pleasant. I recently needed a generator for a weekend long power outage and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The generator works great so far!
