The cashier about blew a gasket when I told him I wasn't going to share my phone number today. Lines were out the door waiting for a casher. Poor customer service. Easily the worst harbor freight I've ever been to.

Management seems to be "lacking" in the general aspect... Always clean, but very specific in tools. But overall satisfying experience 8/10

This harbor freight tool store is generally very clean very well organized, and the staff is generally very professional as well too. Every now and then you have employees that don’t do the meet and greet process, they see and fail to address customers in need or wondering the isles and search of products, and for one reason or another, they are system or their pay system seems to go down quite often. When their pay system goes down, it’s a nightmare in here and it goes to cash only for paying for the products or you don’t get to buy anything at all. It’s been a few times where I’ve been into the store and they have had problems with their pay system. It doesn’t happen that very often but it does happen. At least it does. Maybe it’s Murphy’s Law slapping me around lol.
