Pros : The staff is always friendly Cons : Always playing phone tag (will not get back to you for most the day), also not open on holidays or weekends, lastly low recourses and staff. Just a while back I called and they put in a note as urgent for our toddler, we still didn’t receive a call for over 4 hours, for urgent. Lol
