I discovered my washing machine was draining onto the floor yesterday while doing laundry. Got ahold of Jerrimy this morning and he had Justin & Jacob at my house before 11:00 AM. I mentioned to them that I thought my dishwasher might not be draining properly either. They ended up snaking the line probably 35-40 feet. It appears they got the line opened back up for me. They were both very personable and explained everything thoroughly. I’ve used Harbor Rooter in the past and highly recommend them.

After being strung along by my home warranty company for 12 days and still not having a plumber, I reached out to Harbor Rooter. I spoke with Jerrimy on a Friday and he was very sympathetic about my plight. He said he would have his team out first thing Monday. He called me later that day and if I had been home, he would have come out that day. But Robert and BJ showed up Monday and were very professional, friendly and thorough. They took the time to explained everything to me. Tuesday the line inspector was here and by mid day Wednesday, I finally had a new pipeline and water to my house again! If you ever need quality work done by good people, don’t look any further than Harbor Rooter. they will always be the only call I will make!

Dealing with contractors can be stressful, dealing with Bob and Bobby from Harbor Rooter was the opposite of that today. Very pleasant experience, you could tell Bob had more experience than Bobby just in the way he was teaching and explaining everything he was doing while doing it, you can tell he cared about his co workers knowledge as much as he cared about his own. Bob was outstanding for such a young man. Bobby you could tell was so excited to be working for this company and he represented it very well. He was quick to offer advice and help when needed and was quick to help his coworker. They were kind, efficient, and more than willing to explain my issues to me and to look into my other potential issues as well. Hats off to Bob and Bobby from Harbor Rooter. Great job. Expected them to be a couple hours, they were in and out in no time.
