Brought an old Craftsman saw in to see if it could be brought to life. Service was not good, nobody smiled, and no masks were worn. I was told they couldn't get parts if they were needed. I told them I just wanted it to run if it could. "2 or 3 days to find out?", I asked. Quickly told it would be more. About a month later with no word yet. I called to check. Sitting in back with note on it telling of need for a carburetor. Lady on phone(she was friendly) told me they can't get parts. Thanks. I was already made aware of that. Nobody bothered to give me a call. Too bad they thought I wasn't worth their time.
