I have been to the harborview ambulatory procedures floor (8th floor Maleng building) for iron infusions once a week for the last 5 weeks. I had the best experience here! Every staff member I worked with was great but SARAH E. Is by far the most amazing nurse I have had the pleasure of working with in a very VERY!! long time. She goes above and beyond for her patients! Making sure you always have nice warm fresh blankets, extra pillows, snacks and drinks and always comes to check in with you to make sure you are feeling comfortable during the process. she advocates for you and listens to your needs and takes them seriously! She is not only empathetic and patient but she’s relatable, kind, extremely good at and passionate about her job. I am a hard person to get blood or IV’s from and she gets me every-time on the first try. I’m so sad that I won’t get to see her and chat every week now that my infusions are complete for the time being. I would definitely recommend this infusion clinic to any and everyone!
