All the positive reviews are coming from RE agents. But from the homeowners point of view, their job is a way below average. So many poorly done jobs. Starting from constant cracking sound coming from walls and ceiling, due to either poor material or job done, engineered wood floor full of dents, that was just filled with some putty or so, big crack on the ceiling that they couldn't fix. The whole house gutters that weren't installed properly. So homeowners, if you want the house from the Harbour Homes, think twice.

Buying from Harbour Homes was a great experience! The floor plan fit our needs perfectly, and the customer service exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend a Harbour Home to anyone who wants quality craftsmanship in a well thought out community.

One of the best builders in the PNW. I have Sold many of these homes to my clients and they all have always look forward to their new communities they are building. Whenever I show my clients other builders homes and then show a Harbour Home it speaks for itself in quality & design. The level of care and thought that this builder goes through when building their homes/communities is far superior than the competition.
