We use Vanguard for cleaning services at my office and the staff and service have been excellent. We had used them for a year and even though very satisfied, management at work wanted to try another cleaning company. What a major mistake! The other cleaning company basically did not clean and phone calls were never returned. We cancelled them and went right back to Vanguard and got our old cleaning crew back. The office staff is always very friendly and always promptly respond to calls and emails. Our cleaning crew is great. Our office is always clean and well maintained. We have a log book that they pay close attention so I always know that any concerns we have will be addressed. I would definitely recommend them.
