Scott Koenekamp with Haris Realty Group is truly a very knowledgeable realtor and amazing person. He helped me with my home search for the longest time one can expect to spend on this project - about 1.5 years. He is this go getter personality type, very polite, never saying no, very organized, flexible and practical, German style. For everything I ever asked him, I got my answers in minutes, whether it was 9 am or 8 pm, week days or weekends. He did lots of research for me and provided details about home constructions as well, level of repairs needed for some homes, house market, rates and prices, comparisons between homes - so that I could focus on what I needed to find in a home fairly priced. He wrote and easily changed offers for me when I needed. Scott is someone you must have in your network of professionals if you are thinking of diving into the house marketplace. Someone like Scott would definitely know how to get you the complete information for you to decide upon without pushing you one direction or another. That's up to you to see and understand. You'll absolutely feel his value and the difference between him and other realtors right after your first appointment. Can’t recommend Haris enough. We found him on Google and he guided us through the selling process. I liked him immediately as he was positive, yet realistic and quick to assess features of the property to showcase. In hindsight, all the years of experience he has is evident in the accurate recommendations he gave us on what to touch in the renovation process. He helped us connect to the right people to help Reno. He was highly accurate in market sense and everything moved quickly to closing. Offer within 2 days of list and closed in 2-2.5 weeks. Incredible.

If you are buying or selling, in the Vancouver area would not go anywhere else. Thanks again Haris!!

Couldn't ask for a better realtor group. Haris was upfront and realistic about our expectations. He educated and gave us guidance to get the best outcome! All while keeping me calm.... cause this is a stressful process!!! We used him 12 years ago and he has only gotten better over the years. Thank you!
