Excellent! Had him do the landscaping and install a new sprinkler system. I'm very happy with the results. He was very helpful even after the job was complete, and continued to provide advice.

Everything initially went great but we then had some issues with grading as the side yard was improperly graded toward our house as opposed to away. This caused water to run into our crawl space. We attempted to resolve the issue with John (owner) and he initially came out to see the issue but then went unresponsive when it came time to fix his mistake. We had to hire another company to fix the grading issues and cost us $5700. He would not take responsibility for his mistakes and continually blames others.
