Love the hatch chili flavor of the southwest so this was a pleasant find in Seattle. My husband had the green chili soup and said it was very good. I had the chicken pieces with corn patties. The fried chicken pieces are low popcorn chicken but cook with a very crispy batter. So yummy. The corn patties are green chili corn pancakes. I was skeptical when they set the plate down but they were so good and such a great green chili flavor without being super spicy. Would recommend for a savory pancake style. I am not able to handle spicy so these were perfect. The margaritas were really good just wish they were served in bigger glasses. We were the for Saturday lunch and they serve the weekend brunch menu so make did you know what menu you want before you decide the day and time to enjoy the fun contemporary atmosphere of Hatch. There didn't seem to be many staff but they were great and very friendly but it was a bit slow. Well done and we will be back to try more!
