If you go to the wine tasting room at Hatcher Winery in Plymouth and see a guy with glasses and a Red Sox hat behind the counter don’t bother going in. He was very rude, loved to insult you and seemed really burned out and didn’t want to be there. I thought the wines were good but atmosphere very unwelcoming. Hopefully it was just a bad day for him and it’s not like that all the time.

Worst customer service! After waiting for three days for a response to my email & voicemail inquiry to set up a special birthday tasting, I decided to call the owners cell which was provided on the answering machine. Big mistake! “Sul”, the owner was so rude and short with me, made me feel stupid for trying to spend my money & time there. If you don’t want to deal with your guests, have someone else take your calls that have customer service skills. Don’t go here for anything special.

An ok wine tasting experience. Kind of an awkward ambiance in the basement level. Terrible experience w the woman serving the wines and bread to everyone as she was hacking up/coughing everywhere. Now everyone in my party has covid, missed work and unhappy w the selfishness and carelessness of the employees of this winery and allowing this person to infect everyone. Shame on you! Stay home and wear masks !
