I really don’t like to share bad reviews but I don’t want anyone to have the experience I did— 12 days ago I came here and got a manicure with tip extensions for $85 (NOT INCLUDING TIP). My technician warned me the nails might fall off since they’re extensions and I said I understand (I’ve been getting nail extensions off and on in Seattle for the past 4 years).
Not even a full week later half of my nails fell off. I was so disappointed that I asked for a refund. I was forced to speak to the owner on the phone for almost 15 minutes as she repeated herself over and over that this was my fault and she wouldn’t give refunds. Then she changed her story and said it’s been more than 14 days so she can’t give me a refund. I kindly pointed out that it was 12 days and then she went back to her other story. Please don’t go here.
