Moldy hay, overpriced, and incredibly rude and argumentative manager Jacqueline. Customer service makes/breaks a business, and this place had lost mine. Everyone better off going to many other local suppliers for quality service and product.

*In response to their reply, when you have multiple customers calling to report the exact same issue on the same day for the same product, it's perfectly reasonable to get a refund without return. It's MOLD, no one can feed this. Why make me lift up 100lbs of trash into my truck, have most fly away on highway, just to return for you to toss? Ridiculous and NOT industry standard for bad hay. Of course, no reply to the rude manager either.
