This venue was by far the best!!!! From the moment I reached out to tour Kylie made my wife and I feel at home. She answered all of our questions and made us feel safe and comfortable!
Once we met Crystal it was game over. She is by far the best wedding coordinator. She took all our worries and stress away and made our vision a reality.
It’s safe to say that between Crystal, Kylie, and Heather they went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure our wedding was the best day ever!!!!! They all have became like family to us!!
If you’re looking for a great venue check this place out they won’t disappoint.

From the moment we drove up to the venue, we absolutely fell in love with the place. Kylie welcomed us and showed us around. She answered the millions of questions we had and made us feel comfortable right off the bat. As we got closer to our wedding date, we met our coordinator, Crystal. I have to say, Crystal is absolutely the most awesome person ever!!!! I felt like we clicked with her instantly and her energy took all of our doubts and feelings of nervousness away. Planning a wedding can be extremely hectic, but with everything we threw at her, she had solutions for us and was so accommodating and understanding. She made us feel like everything was going to work out perfectly no matter what. She went above and beyond for us in every aspect and made sure it was going to be the best day of our lives. I even got to fish at the little lake they have on the property and caught some good size bass before getting ready. Talk about relaxing! We put all of our trust in Crystal to make our dream wedding come true, and she came through! She made sure we had everything we needed and then some. She did a hell of a job from start to finish and was always there for us the entire time. We even had some pretty awesome photos with her! During our wedding day, all Hawk Ranch staff were so helpful and accommodating from driving us around in the golf cart to obtain beautiful wedding photos at sunset, to helping my wife with her wedding dress before the ceremony. Their support helped make our day perfect! I would recommend Crystal and the Hawk Ranch team without a doubt.

In April of 2023, my husband and I began our search for our wedding venue. We knew we wanted a location that would be outdoors and could transport our guests into a magical experience. Entering the property, we were blown away by the driveway, which gave a southern feel with California chic. The property took our breath away throughout the tour and even though this was the first venue we toured, we quickly felt like this could be the one. However, it wasn't until we sat down with Crystal, the venue coordinator, who answered my gazillion questions that we felt reassured, cared for, and supported before signing our contract. Crystal was the selling point for booking our wedding with Hawk Ranch. For over the past year, I would message Crystal and the team asking questions, and looking at ideas on their Instagram, and they were all so responsive and helpful. Where this team truly shined was the day of our wedding (September 13, 2024). I had pre-warned Crystal that we come from a big family and would be expecting 150 people, which was 50 more than our original quote, she quickly pivoted, offering support and guidance on the best ways to manage a larger wedding. I am a DIY queen and our wedding was book-themed, so each table was a special centerpiece. Crystal, Amanda, and Jessica put our vision together so perfectly. I handed over my wedding day bible and was at ease with no concerns the rest of the day. From putting up all our decor, to handling any last-minute issues, and even fixing my bustle Crystal was an Angel in making sure our day was perfect. Thank you so much to the security guards Jake, Isaiah, and Noe who carted so many family members from point A to point B, to the support decor staff, we could not have had a more perfect day! I am sad that I will no longer have reason to interact with this amazing team, but I have all the faith in the world that they will continue to support and love on those preparing to say I do!
