Friendly student staff. Even though the book I was trying to return wasn't on the list for returns, the staff member went back to her boss and was able to get me $20 dollars for my book.

Ghastly customer service! A remote student who works full-time in San Jose (not convenient to make a two hours drive to Sacrament) and takes online classes at Los Rios, I tried for nearly two weeks to cancel two books that I've ordered online the day after the transaction, but nobody at Hawk's Nest bookstore picks up the phone at this place! Email is also kaput. I've never seen such dreadful service!
