I just love the kind, helpful, human assistance. They are not pushy by any means, just there to help and I so appreciate it! Large selection of footwear but can be pricey - though I'm happy to pay it for good quality and good service.

Daniel is a very knowledgeable about Hawey Lanes product line and what they have to offer for your particular foot needs. He helped me so quickly with the foot scan that enabled us to see the issue with my foot, which pointed us to what I needed. He worked very quickly and patiently with his goal of finding the right solution for me. I really appreciated his service and kindness in helping be out. The store is a sight to see with a huge inventory.
