Tom, the funeral director, was very respectful, honest, and explained everything very clearly, He went above and beyond what I expected. The entire staff were welcoming, professional, and very friendly and approachable. The entire staff, including the maintenance workers made the worst day of my life a beautiful memory. I highly recommend hawthorn funeral home and memorial park!
