Worst customer service I've ever experienced especially for a simple vision center. The snotty woman Jane who's name might as well be Karen had rushed me through picking frames out and acted like I was such an inconvenience for her. I will definitely never go back and I suggest others find somewhere else to shop as well.

I highly recommend Hawthorne Vision. I have been a patient for 20+ years. Recently I have been dealing with some changes in my vision. My appointment with Dr. Uhlig was great, she explained what was going on and about the changes in glasses. A huge Thank You to Dr.Uhlig and Amber.

Great customer service! Friendly and helpful staff who were all so willing to help! Jane in particular was generous with her time and expertise! There is a wide variety of styles and frames to choose from. Would recommend!
