Have been bring my Brodee to the clinic for two years now! As a concerned pet lover and a person who highly respected customer service to be genuine not rude and inconsiderate! You store manager need to be trained or have continue training on proper customer service, which involves listening to Clints feedback when sharing past experience or current visit experience.
