Wonderful clinic! The staff is very attentive and supportive of any skin needs you have. They paired me up with the sweet and professional esthetician Mel that took care of me by listening to my skin concerns, additionally offered some information on any other treatments I may be interested in; such as their eyebrow growth serum, which in less than a month made my eyebrows super thick and more beautiful than they’ve ever been! I’m also using their eyelash serum and it’s early to tell but I can see it working so far. Additionally, they send you text messages with their monthly deals and reminders for appointments so you don’t accidentally forget. I highly recommend this clinic for any peels and facials you may be interested in getting.

I had a Diamond Glow facial with Mel today, and my pores have never looked better! I felt very taken care of the whole time, she explained everything she was doing, and it was a wonderful experience. I had some tricky things happening with my skin and she was able to do the extractions and give me great advice for what to do moving forward. She was very down to earth and professional and I will definitely be going back!

I followed my NP from her old job to Hayes Valley Medical and have been extremely happy with the switch. I now receive my facials, chemical peels, and Ultimate Contour here in addition to Botox and Dysport.
The office is clean and well-presented, with a well-informed staff that discusses all risks and side effects of the treatments. Scheduling is easy and they send reminder texts two days before appointments.
They have great specials, work with Aspire and Alle to ensure that you are getting your points, and never pressure you to buy anything.
I have recommended Hayes Valley Medical Esthetics to all of my friends and family.
