Ken is great. After a botched installation he came in and corrected all the problems. Request him for your installation. Dont know if I'd trust anyone else.

Called 3 times in the last 2 weeks and was told each time someone would call me back. I never got a call back!!! This makes me very sad because we just had them install a AC unit over the summer and the technician was great.
