Customer service is absolutely terrible. Called to discuss a vehicle at this dealership. When bringing up the price of the vehicle, the employee we were speaking with disagreed with the fact that they were asking too much. Instead of having a conversation about it and attempt to come to a mutual agreement, they instead just hung up the phone. Even if they were willing to come down on the price, I would personally never give my business to a dealership with this lack of basic respect.

I bought a 2004 Mercury mountaineer back in 2018 with approximately 135,000 mi on it. The vehicle was not perfect however, I wasn't at a new car lot buying a perfect vehicle. I have driven that same vehicle to the east coast, Washington DC and fort Bragg to be specific with zero issues. I am still driving that same vehicle today and I am incredibly pleased with my purchase. Public announcement... Any and all mechanical items will fail at some point. Whether it's brand new off the lot or used off the lot or a mixer out of the store, a sewing machine or whatever. One things for certain, the mechanical portion will fail. Be blessed all.
