Lynn is my spiritual coach and a life coach. Seeing her has transformed my life. She has healed my mind and body and I didn't expect this as an outcome. When I met Lynn I was going through a very stressful time at work. I had terrible anxiety and it pushed through to my personal life. I was depressed and had no direction. A friend of a friend told me she went to Lynn and it changed her life. At this point in my life I figured I didn't have much to lose trying something new since nothing I was doing seemed to work. I had never heard of Energy Healing and had no idea what to expect. I have now been seeing her over 7 years, on a monthly basis. However, Lynn will tell you that you can go as needed. Her office is very inviting and it is a safe environment where you can be yourself without judgement. The messages I/She received in my sessions have been spot on and she teaches you how to incorporate these lessons in a practical way using real world scenarios. As a beginner to Energy Healing, Lynn will speak to you on your level. She makes spirituality very approachable. She is very honest and helps you create positive energy in your life. She has grounded me and given me a new perspective on life. She has helped me use positivity and gratefulness on a daily basis. If you have been doing Energy Healing for years you will still find value in meeting with Lynn. Your healing and messaging will continue to grow with you. Lynn teaches several classes and also has retreats that help reinforce your path. I have spoken to several of my friends about her and explained the changes that she has helped me make in my life. Many of them have been so inspired by my changes that they, too, have gone to see her. Each one of them have had similar experiences. I am truly grateful that Lynn is in my life. I started visiting Lynn approximately two years ago, and she has had such a positive and transformative impact on my life. I was new to Reiki and wasn’t sure what it would be like, but Lynn makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door. Working with Lynn has helped me to have a more open and positive outlook on the challenges we each face in our day to day lives, and has led to wonderful outcomes that I couldn’t have even imagined. Without a doubt, if you are even slightly curious about trying Reiki or a past life regression, I would highly recommend that you speak with Lynn!

Lynn Blos is a gifted healer who helped me understand where I am in the present and through her Reiki technique was able to begin the process of getting me properly planted, so I can let in the light and love that I am going to need to face some challenges coming my way. Today in her beautiful, calm and serene setting here in Auburn my journey began. I knew little, if anything about Reiki - and have embraced it wholeheartedly. Go - learn and embrace - Lynn is the best, definitely a healer. We are blessed that she has expanded her practice to the greater Auburn area.
