Health People, Inc.

Came for HCA test and though the people were very nice, the place was a challenge to get to because of the construction. As a whole communication from Health People, inc and Prometric was lacking making the process harder than it needed to be. No notice was given about the construction going on in the area causing difficulty in accessing and parking at the location. My scheduled test time was significantly delayed do to mixed group of those taking practical and those of us taking both written and practical. This could have easily been avoided by scheduling those taking both tests at a later time. Lead to over two hour wait time in a location that was very hard to get in and out of. Prometric required frequent calls/follow up and took over two months to schedule my exams.
