From the very first day I started going to the Auburn North location I've had nothing but excellent care. Dr. Sophia Carter really pushed for all my tests and blood draws I needed even though I'm a difficult draw. I got all my tests and exams done in a timely manner, and I hadn't been to the doctors in over 12 years. I would recommend Health Point Auburn North, especially Dr. Sophia Carter and Dr. Amber Maratas.

Been going here for years! So friendly and compassionate! They have always treated me with the utmost respect, whether it's now, when I'm doing good, or when I was homeless for 10 years using substances. They never judged me.

They counted the time I was waiting in line as being late and made me reschedule, and were rude when I pushed back about that being their fault. None of the staff wear masks. The parking lot is not connected so if the first aisle is full you have to back out.
