My one year old had appointment at 9:40 am they tell you to come 15 minutes early so you come early like they say and you sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes then they get you into your room and then you sit there for another 45 minutes and no one comes and you go check make sure they know you still there waiting for them to come check your little one and they tell you they are behind and you wait again then you jest tired of this kind of service. It happens all the time, so I just packed my kids up and left. Definitely have to find a different place to take my kids not good service at all every time I go there.

I’m so confused by this place. I had my first visit which was okay but I don’t want to go back. First off I have received 6 voicemails in one week asking me to schedule a follow up appointment. I told them I did not want to schedule a new appointment with Dr. Manoj Easaw because I was told his name was “Issa Rae” which it is not and thought that was a female doctor. I am not comfortable with male doctors. I kept getting asked if I had a Pap smear recently which I said I was not comfortable getting having just met a new doctor. I also had to leave for work and the doctor kept saying I should get more blood work done that day even though I didn’t want to that day and had to go to work. I told the office I wanted a new doctor and they said they would try to help me and then said they’ll call me back. Then I get two phone calls with voicemails saying first that Dr. Easaw wants to schedule a phone appointment with me and then second saying he wants to schedule an in person appointment. I am so uncomfortable, what doctors office harasses you to schedule an appointment with them? I told them I did not want to see this doctor again and instead am left voicemails saying I need to schedule an appointment. I was also told I would be getting a release of records form but I did not want to fill it out bc the place felt off to me and was going to decline but the doctor said he went ahead and filled it out and requested my information from my last hospital!!!! I blocked their number and will never be returning.

The disgusting chairs in the lobby is the first red flag. Sets the tone for the entire experience. Staff are rude and always have an attitude. Appointments are never on time. If you actually want to get better, go somewhere else. This whole building is one giant scam.
