Very small location, front desk staff needs some work. Overall a decent place, most of the doctors are great here. They do have a pharmacy here. Dental and psych are available here as well.
New location
The entire Healthpoint system is very unorganized. 1) Tried reaching Redmond specifically and had to speak to several reps. On hold for several minutes, then automated answering service to leave a message. I left several messages for billing and also the doctor, no one called me back. 2) You have to do a pre check in every time and answer all of the same questions. Even if your appointment is within the same week. 3) When you are sent the final Check in email, it doesn't even work. 4) Several times they cited my old insurance even though it had already been updated to the latest. I was told that I had to go to the facility to update my insurance and when I got there they told me it was already updated. 5) I showed up to my appointment 2 minutes late, after already creating pre check in and have been sitting in the waiting room for almost a half hour. 6) parking is terrible at the Redmond location. 7) had an appointment for a specific blood test and they did not even perform that test.
A positive is that everyone if very pleasant, their system and communication is just terrible.
