Working with Edith of Healthy Mission Dietician has had such a positive impact in my life and my health. Edith has a wonderfully professional yet caring manner. She is a wealth of knowledge and really teaches true health and nutritional practices instead of pushing fad diets. I am so appreciate of the time she’s taken to help me break down my goals into simple, easy to accomplish practices. In the time we’ve been working together I’ve made small changes that have already had a big impact in my life and my body.

Edith Yang has been a great tool for me to have on my health journey. She is a clear communicator. Besides the knowledge of her discipline, it's how she communicates with patients I think is her strongest attribute in my opinion. I was at a crossroads with my health. I had no direction. She gave me a roadmap to weight loss and a way of eating that is sustainable. I recommend her.

I have been working with Edith for just over 3 months on the LEAP elimination diet plan, and have noticed a marked improvement in my health and overall wellbeing. Edith is a wonderful coach and accountability partner; she's been responsive, has been understanding with my limitations, and has put in tremendous effort to tailor my plan to my various needs. In our months working with together, I've seen how well-versed she is in addressing long-standing illnesses – my diet plan is comprehensive in that it goes beyond food consumption; we also have identified side effects related to medications, and have explored ways to improve my overall lifestyle. I also appreciate how each check-in includes a qualitative and quantitative assessment component. It has been such a joy working with Edith, and I highly recommend her as a dietitian.
