I went in yesterday to buy a Kong replacement. Told an employee my dog was a power chewer. Was sold an "indestructible" similar product. My dog began chewing off pieces of the rubber within hours. Went back today with the damaged toy to replace with a better one and was told I couldn't get any store credit at all, less than 24 hrs after the original purchase. Total waste of time and money. Go to Petco if you want any sort of guarantee on your products.

Love the crew, but it takes too long. I hate for my do to be there almost all day. The cut is okay, but not the best. The price is to high for the quality of the cut. I don't know if they have experience with long hair dachshunds. The rear end was cut so uneven. I felt embarrassed for my furry baby. Was there 2 months ago. I use to go before the pandemic, but it seems as the staff changed. Looking for other places...

Amanda always does an amazing job with my goldendoodle! One of the best haircuts in LA after trying multiple other groomers She’s a sweetheart and excellent groomer. She’s the best!
I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for the pricing. I know everything has gone up but 145 for a cut for my 33 lb golden doodle plus an additional 12 for nail grinding, that should be included in the pricing already is insane
