Can't say enough about these guys, and their CKLS product. Sounds cheesy, but seriously changed my life, and i've never felt better. I got into eating right and taking care of myself better a few years ago, and CKLS really has been the cherry on top. No side effects, except that you'll have to buy some new jeans because you'll lose a couple inches on your waist and stomach. :) Good problem to have. Healthy You Herbs are easy to order from, respond to emails, and package and ship VERY fast.
