The audiologists that was with me and my daughter was horrible. She clearly had no idea what she was doing with any of her equipment. My baby was a month old when we went here and the only thing she did was stress out my baby. At the end of the longest appointment I have ever been to, she concluded my daughter had one deaf ear and one with partial hearing loss. I was skeptical so I got a second opinion at Kaiser audiology and she has no hearing loss whatsoever. The whole appointment took an hour at kaiser compared to 3 1/2 terrible hours at Marin General hearing and speech department.

Nancy Shane is a wonderful audiologist. Professional and experienced, she was the second one I went to in my search for hearing aids. She made it simple, even though there were a wide range of options. The hearing aids i got were far less expensive than the ones that the first place offered, as this office does not make money on the sale of the devices, even though they offer all the same bells and whistles. I am so happy I found them at Marin General, I have been more than pleased.
