A much needed visit as the ear piece was not working. No one had explained any maintenance when fitted so after this visit I can hear again and have all the right tools to clean and change the filter as needed. It would have been nice to know this in January but glad I know now.

I bought these hearing aids in Chandler, Arizona and have been very unhappy with them until i made this appointment in Arcadia.. It turns out they were set up wrong in Arizona. The Arcadia office corrected the adjustments and set me up with remote care! Im very satified with them now! Robert Cousins took the time to make everything right with these hearing aids. I recommend this office highly!
