When greg was there he was grate now everything has gone down hill. The new lady doctor is never there and is impossible to get a hold of. I'm always told the doctor will give me a call back but never does. Can't even get them cleaned without waiting a month for an appointment! Its rediculous! Go to Costco where hearing aids are a quarter or the price and the service is way better!

I appreciate their being on top of things. I was eligible for new hearing aids and they were available same day.

My problem was oticon hearing aid was intermittently turning off and then on. I got appointment in 2 days. Some adjustment and one new rechargeable battery solved it. So far so good. I appreciate the friendly and professional care.
