Came in for a trade on Yeezy's. It was going smooth until the girl and boy were pointing out details about the shoes, saying they were not authentic even though we had purchased them from Champs. Never worn not even once. But within 5 minutes, can tell our shoes were fake. I get that some people may bring in fake shoes but the way the girl was coming off was making us feel like we were stupid or scamming them. She was not nice at all but the boy was nice enough, I guess considering the situation. Still wanted to purchase the shoes without the trade anyways because we trusted their opinion. We decided to not only go to two, but three different shoe locations that check for authenticity and all said our Yeezys were 100% authentic. And all three had something negative to say about Hearth. I guess it's my fault for not doing my research about this store. Just by the way they respond to reviews already give me tells that they are defensive and not trustworthy. It's unfortunate because we came in a day before, and the 3 guys that were there were really nice and the main guy with curly hair was really, really nice to my son and helped him order donuts. Really disappointed.
