Shay was the ultimate professional. He called 1/2 hour before he arrived. Once he came he was able to figure out why the motor was making so mush noise, quoted me a fair price & fix it within an hour. He is the best technician & you can tell he really know his stuff. I have gone though too many companies in the last few years. This company very honest, professional, best customer service, all you can ask for. I will use the from now on.
