Heidi is a deeply talented therapist who has provided me with relief from my chronic back pain. Due to this chronic pain, I need very deep tissue massages, and VERY few therapists have been able to help over the years (she's the third therapist over the past 10 years whose massages have truly helped relieve pain). Her space is also very warm, clean and welcoming (and located in a fun part of Alameda). I would highly recommend her, and look forward to continuing with her for years to come!

Wow! My knots had knots and Heidi has managed to work them away. She has the ability to go in deep and target a specific area, yet understand that other areas need a lighter manipulation to relax. I booked more immediately and you should too.

Heidi is a very knowledgeable massage therapist and equipped with many years of experience and skilled in many massage modalities. I feel very comfortable around her. I highly recommend this practice!!!
