I used Raymond Hekmat as a consulting attorney in my divorce, in which I was representing myself. The divorce went all the way to trial, and there were custody issues as well as very significant financial issues including a 2640 claim. Raymond was extremely helpful especially in assisting me regarding settling the financial issues. He has an excellent understanding of settlement procedure and strategy, and even recommended an excellent accountant whom I ended up hiring. Raymond was always incredibly thoughtful and honest with his advice, to the point of sometimes being blunt, which I really appreciated. He also was extremely readily available for both phone conversations and email, and I could ask him questions by email and count on a quick response, which again meant a lot to me. I recommend Raymond very highly.
