I can not say enough nice things about Helena’s their texting service to $20 off first dry cleaning service leaving me to walk out with a free service I will now only bring my items to Helena’s I was very impressed! Hangers are a bit sharp i cut my finger pretty good when caring too much in my hands.

I had a rush alteration request and not only did these fine people come through for me in terms of timing, the work was fabulous. I'm looking through my closet now to see what other clothes I can bring to them. Thanks so much!

Got my wedding dress dry cleaned here. They were really quick with communication however they damaged the dress pretty badly.. It already had a tiny rip in it which I notified them about in advanced and the rip became huge and warped the dress after dry cleaning. I asked how the dress turned out and they said it turned out beautiful and failed to mention the damage at all.. I wish they at least mentioned the damage to me but they acted like everything was fine when clearly the dress was pretty significantly damaged at the front. Even my wedding dress alteration woman was surprised they wouldn’t offer to pay for the cost to get it fixed. They said they weren’t responsible for it at all since I signed the waiver. The texture of the dress also changed significantly.. Honestly don’t think I recommend this place for wedding dress cleaning but it wasn’t horrible I guess..

Edit: appreciate them reaching out to try to make things right. I do go to them for my other dry cleaning needs and they’ve done well every time so decided to update my review.
