This is a review on customer service only. Their 24 cut pizzas are a great value and really tasty. It's been years since we've had Fairgrounds Pizza. We get pizza every Halloween and this year I wanted something different and to support local. I called about 2:30 for pickup at 4. I knew they'd likely be very busy. After several rings a man gruffly answered. I said hello I'd like to order pizza for pickup. Each time he asked me a question such as "name?" "what do you want?" "Is that it?" "Certain time you wanna pickup?" The tone was so gruff and annoyed/inconvenienced. I got the feeling I was bothering him. At that minute I made a decision . I said, "ya know I'm gonna go ahead and cancel that order, thanks" then hung up. It was such a downer. I've owned two small businesses, and I would never speak to customers in a curt, bored, grumpy manner. Some may disagree, but a friendly exchange is very important to me.

Amazing pizza place! First time I went and it was excellent service, great prices, and amazing atmosphere. Even with just two people! Highly recommended and will definitely come back again.
