From the initial meeting all the way through to a potential service contract post-installation, the customer service at this company is....dare I say it...unparalleled? In a class by itself? Second to none? The last time I had this great of service was with John and Melissa Steele of Steele Realty. The opposite of this stellar service would be my experience with Hot Tub Cruisin', but I digress. Joe Dale, our salesperson, was such a clear communicator, consistent, and great with follow-through. He spent a lot of time with me, assessing what loan terms would be best for me, and he was infinitely patient as I asked multiple questions and never lost patience with me when I asked him to review or repeat information. He did a great job of building my trust through all that. I really appreciate how he carves out time for his customers post-installation and really takes a long term view of building relationships which of course should lead to referrals. (His parents should be proud and can't wait to see what he's built in 10 years!) Beyond Joe, I had a flawless experience with all other moving parts, from the loan to the installation, etc. Read other reviews that hone in on more of the specifics of the product, etc. but just know that this team is striving to rise to the top and be an industry leader for the long term.

I'm very happy with Heliogold solar. They installed my system quickly and it has been running perfectly for over a year. They have great customer service and I would highly recommend them.
