I won't take my Benz CLK 320 anywhere else. The mechanics are superb, knowledgeable and honest. You can't ask for anything more in auto repairs. I have been going to Helmut's for several years now and I have never been disappointed. They are patient and accommodating when I ask a bunch of questions. They thoroughly explain what is wrong and what is needed not just your current problem, but possible future problems. They prioritize my repairs for the car and my safety. They are great with being able to work around my crazy work schedule. They are timely and efficient. I could go on and on, I love going to Helmut's for my car needs no matter how big or how small I trust them to get the job done right.

The absolute BEST mechanic in town. I've been having places trying to take my money and sell me things I didn't need, and thank goodness I came to Helmut. I took my Subaru here previously (before I sold it), and it's been honest, reliable, affordable, and professional. They are REAL people, doing HONEST work. I would recommend to anyone to come here. I'm now bringing my Lexus here before I move across the country, and they informed me of some false selling and lying a previous mechanic was doing to me, and I nearly was out 2300$ because of it. Helmut has been a LIFESAVER for me, they are so popular and busy because they are the BEST in the entire area. I have never been to a better mechanic. I would recommend to anyone who needs to know what's ACTUALLY wrong with their car. There is no up-selling of parts, or labor, everything is fair and true. They explain everything that's wrong in detail and will even show you if you need them to, so you can understand better what's wrong on your car. They warn you ahead of time what may need to be done in the future, and let you know if it's something you don't need to buy right then. This is important because so many shops will claim a BRAND new part is "damaged/needing repairs". This place is honest, reliable, and the best around. Please come to Helmut's if you're looking for a good mechanic, that you can actually trust. I'm going to miss them, I wish they had a shop in Indiana. I am so thankful they're here for me, and I was able to have them recommended by a close friend.

This is the kind of shop that is hard to find today. The service is personal, but not fancy. The facility is "hole in the wall" and wreaks of niche. These people know what they are doing and don't care much about style or flash. They fix cars. They are honest. They are very good. If you have a German made car, use them. Unless you value lemon water and loaner vehicles more than competence and value.
