Earlier this year when it was much colder, I came home to a failed blower unit and a house that smelled like an electrical fire. On the recommendation of my dad, I called Hendrickson HVAV. They came out to my place the same day I called to inspect the issue. Ultimately they were able to replace just the blower unit, saving me $$$ over replacing more of the system. They had parts ordered and installed within 3 days, keeping my family warm for the rest of the winter.
Last week when a capacitor went out on my heat pump, they had a technician come out within 1 day (I called on a Sunday) and replace the capacitor to get my heat pump functional, keeping my house cool for the rest of the summer. I am a DIY type of homeowner; I remodeled most of my house and did all the work myself. That said, I’m confident I couldn’t fix my HVAC system as efficiently as Hendrickson has, and knowing who to call for heating/cooling issues has given me a lot of peace of mind. Hendrickson is professional, courteous, fair, and very fast. Highly recommend. Big thanks to Ted, Brandon and the rest of the crew.
I got so lucky finding Brandon and this HVAC service! A neighbor had called him out to fix another unit in our neighborhood a few days after we lost AC. I knocked on the window of his van and was able to book an appointment with him- there was a cancellation and he was able to squeeze me in next day!
Our AC is almost ten years old so I was pretty worried that it was going to need to be replaced, but he immediately diagnosed the issue and had a part replaced with the ac operational within an hour or so. Extra bonus points for being honest- he could have tried to sell us a new unit, but instead did the work and got the old one working!
